My son went there for lab work and I was shocked when he told me that the nurse who drew his blood was not wearing a protective face mask. You would think that a health care worker would be taking extra safety precautions during the pandemic. Do not recommend this facility due to lack of safety precautions and disorganized environment.

I’ve been going to this lab for years never received a bill, it was always covered by insurance. Even though they are still a proffered provider on my insurance I am getting bills from labs they sent tests off to, had to call and deal with them not sending to right. Just got a bill from9 months ago! Their billing is a mess, if they changed policy should tell you BEFORE services. Never going back to them!!
Great, friendly and courteous customer service! Remarkable what the new management is doing! Supervisors were understanding and helpful and informative. Hope they continue to keep up the good work!
They \forgot\ to charge me for one of my tests, then called after I had gotten back home to ask me if I wanted to come back & pay them. I live in a different county, so I wasn't able to turn around & head back to pay the balance on what they forgot to charge me. They mailed a bill & then a eminder\ (because I hadn't sent in my payment yet) with a threat to send it into \collections with a 40% added\. Unfortunately, I found out after the fact that there is a lab closer to me that could have done the exact same tests for 80% less than what Tomoka Medical Lab charges. They are overpriced & unable to properly figure out how much to charge patients. I haven't had this issue with any lab before, so I'll be avoiding Tomoka Medical Lab in the future.
