This office is great! I have my 1st fracture and I struggled making it from the car to the door of the office. It seemed like the entire office came running to help when they saw me struggling. Everyone was extremely nice and personable. Before leaving they gave me step by step instructions to help me while I'm trying to move around. They were patient. This was not a typical rushed appointment like some other offices. They took time to ensure I was well prepared and understood all instructions on my road to recovery. Everyone was AWESOME!

Was able to get a same day appointment. Was in and out relatively quick. Everyone was so friendly!! Doctor was v knowledgeable and empathetic. And most importantly, was able to talk about the factors behind the injury in a way that made sense to me. Having had various sports/fitness/active related injuries over the years, I have often felt frustrated when talking with doctors about the injury and recovery options because I felt I was outside the demo of their normal patients. But this place was different. I hope more people who have active lifestyle injuries are able to be seen by sports specialists like at OS1!

Dr Williams listened to my complex situation for over 30 minutes and then thoroughly evaluated me. He took the time needed to listen and then diagnosed me. I didn’t feel rushed or uncared for. He treated me like a Dr should! He even called with a follow up to see how I was doing. A rare thing nowadays!! The whole staff was also very nice and they saw me at a last minutes notice. OS1 in Hoover is 5 stars all the way. Well done team!

A wonderful experience. From the front desk, to testing, and being seen by Dr. Williams. We were referred to physical therapy, and returned when released. The appointments were thorough and personable. They communicated with the therapist and school in guiding my son to a return to the field. We appreciate how promptly they scheduled his visits.

I was traveling through Hoover when I had an acute issue with my knee. This office saw me the same day, did X-rays and an MRI and made a referral to an orthopedist in my hometown. The staff were great, concerned, efficient. I would highly recommend OS1!!
