I don't know who the guys is below but Patrick has been cool with us! We have booked their properties with golf tee times 2 years in a row for 10-12 guys and it's been a breeze. Great locations, totally easy to set up the golf trip and Patrick and staff have always been friendly and helpful.

From the first day we scheduled a condo this guy Patrick called and was extremely rude! I asked a couple questions and he was arrogant and condescending. After the company ignoring my requests they sent rental agreement several times a day. Once I explained that I was signing anything until I got a professional rep, the OWNER Russell sends an email stating HE cancelled my reservation today. This is extremely entertaining because they actually refunded me 4 days ago! Horrible company and very shady! Be careful and read all their loopholes. Bottom line is there is many reputable brokers in the Ozarks, just not this one!

I picked The Knolls condos for a family reunion being held at The lake of the Ozarks . I picked The Knolls after visiting the area last year because the grounds were nice and clean, plus it had a playground area for the small children, pools and we were able to reserve the club house. We had a total of 6 condos ranging from 1 to 4 bedrooms. Each unit was very nice, clean and had everything we needed. Patrick handled the rental process professionally and was always there to answer questions in the beginning.
