Awesome service, from sales, parts, to service. Very good follow up and attention to detail.

Spent over 25,000 on a new Polaris Ranger. Once they’ve got the money the salesman John didn’t have the time of day for me First trip to service dept was terrible. I made an appointment 10 days in advance After 5 days they still hadn’t looked at it The staff was crabby and when I told her the cab leaked water on my lap. She said “It’s not a car “ The service dept didn’t notice a broken window bracket that I asked to be fixed under warranty. I had to make a return 30 mile trip to get it fixed at a later date They spilled oil on the top of the engine and didn’t clean it up The salesman John promised “ To make it up to me “ at a later visit My Polaris wasn’t running good so I brought it in and I contacted John and told him I had my Ranger in for service. And that he told me I was to let him know The service tech told me I had been using 91 octane gas. I said that’s what John told me to use He said NO, these machines are mapped for 87 octane When I brought this up to John he admitted telling me to use premium but would do NOTHING to make up for the previous bad service or the unnecessary trip I had to make for using the wrong gas On top of it, they parked my Ranger under a tree and it had sap all over it My advice. Spend your money elsewhere

I brought my skid steer in to have a leaking hose replaced and six weeks later it is still not ready. I was sold a thorough inspection and service which was completed but no one called me to authorize any work. Nor were the parts for the original repairs ordered. So here I sit with another snowstorm coming and my driveway still unplowed from the last snow thanks to Frontier Turf and Ag!

They have a big inventory of parts for my Polaris Ranger even though it's older. They also have a nice selection of Polaris Vehicles, aka \Toys\.

Disappointed, I brought my 4 wheeler in to have new tires put on, I brought it in on Friday morning and was told it would be done early the following week, I called back the following tuesday and was told I could be a week or 2 more before they could get to it, I picked up my 4 wheeler and tires brought it to a different garage and not only are they getting it done right away its costing me less than half of what I was going to be charged at frontier, also I understand that shops get busy just wish they would have gt old me it would be a week or 2 from the start and save me the extra driving and time
