Needed a couple items for my 2013 Arctic Cats and local dealers didn't have them, but referred me to Hexco. I called them up on a Tuesday morning. Nice young man took the call, verified he had said parts and had to have got them in the mail by early afternoon, because when I got home from work Wednesday they were waiting for me! Granted I'm only a couple hour away, but even though these weren't high dollar items they followed through with their word and got me what I needed! Thank you!

Hexco provided great customer service over the phone and in person. (We live out of state) Upon arriving to pick up the 850 XTP we where greeted at the door by our salesman Dean. He was able to answer all our questions and they even loaded our cargo box for another ATV in the truck for us. Processing payment was simple, easy and straight to the point. If you want great customer service and a salesman that treats you like family and not a check go see DEAN! We will most definitely be back for our UTV! Thank you Dean and Hexco!

To comment on your reply, I believe rating this three stars somehow happened accidentally. I had no interaction with you guys 4 months ago, and any interaction I've had with you guys has been excellent, hands down 100x better than the place was when it was still ecklund.
