We had an absolute top notch experience with Ace Asphalt and would recommend them for your asphalt and concrete needs. Outstanding service by Lynnae, Erik, and the rest of the crew. Quick response to our request for an estimate and patiently answered all of our questions. Overall just the best to deal with. We had a concrete stoop and apron replaced along with a couple odd concrete pads. Also had a full driveway replacement. Each step of the process was quick, painless, and professionally done. Can't say enough good things about Ace!

I can't say enough good things about this company! Ace Asphalt came in not only with a competitive (best price) bid, but also provided options that saved me money and were not provided by other companies. Eric, my sales rep, kept me constantly apprised of the progress. They were on-time, on-budget, and able to fulfill my request during the busy season when some other paving contractors were overwhelmed. But I was most impressed by the cleanliness of their job site! If you have ever had a driveway paved you know what I'm talking about. Ace did an excellent job, start to finish. I will definitely hire them in the future.

I called Ace about two months ago to get a bid for a residential driveway. Erik was whom I spoke with. He assured me he could get me a good price and would be out to take a look at my property and get me a quote very soon. About a week later I received a quote from him via email. I responded and said I would be interested in hiring them. I did not hear anything back for weeks. I had to keep emailing. Till finally I was told by Erik that Golden Valley has too many permits and fees for them to do my driveway. Maybe if I (The customer) looked into it more for them and paid the fees etc they would possibly be able to do my driveway. So I looked into it for Erik/Ace, and it turns out it’s a pretty simple hundred dollar fee and a waiver you sign for the permit. I forwarded this email and information to Erik. He responded that it is too late in the season now and they most likely would not be able to get my driveway done and that I should go with a different company. If you look at Ace’s website it advertises in bold letters that it works out of Golden Valley. If you have an expensive commercial asphalt project for Ace I’m guessing you will get service by them at some point? All that I got was the runaround and he wasted my time. If you want someone to waste your time and lie to you I’d call Ace asphalt.

I had 2 driveways completely redone. Ace was very easy to work with. The driveways look great! They scheduled the work and kept to the schedule. I recommend them highly and will certainly use them on any future projects.
