I honestly have been there only twice and each time I haven't had a clue what I was getting and asked questions like literally "what's the difference" and neither employee that I talked to it was definitely different people each time but neither of them looked at me annoyed or like I had 5 heads for not knowing so I totally appreciate that and the eye contact really was welcomed aswell thanks haha!
