Great quality, and fair pricing. Don’t let 3 stars keep you from going here if quality is all your looking for. I would rate 5 stars if customer service was better. I made the mistake of stopping by on a day he was closed. I didn’t realize that it was Monday. To his defense, he has a sign on door clearly marking hours. What I didn’t like was his poor reaction to me knocking on the locked door that also has a sign saying away from desk please ring bell (which bell was not present). I know I should have been able to figure this out, but his attitude made it so I will look elsewhere to get work done.

Don't be fooled by the location, they do quality work. Brought in my ski jacket that had a tear in the side and they repaired it in a couple days. Would definitely use them for repairs again.
