I am not satisfied with their customer service at all, I would rate 0 if it was an option. I will find another vet soon. They charged me a lot for grooming and I noticed still the nail has not been done properly, I didn’t know that I should hav called within 72hours, so I called later due to holiday and busy schedule and I told them that I was not aware of that and they just simply said that I can book another appointment and they would charge me. I am definitely switch from therm.

So far we are very please. The staff are all professional and very caring toward my senior dog. The vet took the time to thoroughly discuss with me about my dog's test results and care plan. Everyone has a nice professional manner and are competent. We are pleased!

I just wanted to let you know how appreciative I am of you all. I just received the flowers that were sent to me after having to put down my pet bunny, Bentley yesterday. The vet tech & Dr. Sparrow that helped me through the tough process yesterday were unbelievably comforting. I just wanted to make sure you knew how truly thankful and blessed I am to not only receive these flowers, but the overall process. You have an amazing staff! Dr. Spain was fantastic! He was so knowledgeable and caring. He did a thorough exam of my dog, finding things my previous vet had not, and explained everything in detail easy enough for me to understand. We have been patients of Dr. Spain’s for years now and completely trust all of our pets in his care.
