This is the best Vet/Pet Hospital we have ever been too! We had a late night emergency with our Dachshund and they took us right in and they were with us through the entire process! Dr. Millard is THE BEST Vet and Vet surgeon in the area. She was very personable and very easy to communicate with! She is a life saver! The entire staff was hands down the nicest, helpful, and personable people we have ever dealt with! THANK YOU Dr. Millard for going above and beyond the call of duty! I HIGHLY recommend Blue Pearl in Overland Park! The Ory's!

I had to say goodbye to my sweet boy last night. The staff that took him back was compassionate and sweet, including the vet and the techs that helped him out of the car. The receptionist however was cold and never once offered condolences, but asked about how I was going to render payment. I understand that it is a business, but you should train all of your employees, including the receptionist to show some sympathy and compassion during one of the hardest days of my life.

STOP!!! Turn and run to your own vet - stay away from blue pearl unless you have unlimited amounts of cash and don’t care about your pet. Blue pearl charged us nearly 3000 for tests and gave us absolutely no diagnosis for our pet and sent her home. We now know that she has just a few weeks to live because a real vet that actually cares about animals diagnosed her.
