We popped into this place based on online reviews and it did not disappoint. We showed up at 2:30 in the afternoon and were pleasantly surprised when we were allowed to order off the lunch menu which included soup and appetizer (even though the menu indicated lunch was over at 2:00). My husband had Mongolian beef, and my sons had lemon chicken and Orange chicken. I asked the waiter what his favourite dish was and he encouraged me to try the wok chicken. It was a delicious, sweet, garlicky sauce. I was glad I tried something new, though I did favour my husband's Mongolian beef. The beef was tender and it was chocked full of fresh green beans. The boys lemon and orange chickens were also tasty and made to order with no real heated spiciness to speak of. The service was exceptionally friendly and the portions were gigantic for lunch. We would definitely come here again.

Very good. Nice atmosphere. Food was sooo good. We had chicken teriyaki sushi roll and a flaming volcano drink. All portions are large and you definitely get your money's worth.
Extremely disappointed. Been going here for years. Quality is diminishing greatly. Placed a to-go order last night and our sushi wasn’t remotely close to ready upon arrival. After standing there for 5-10 mins (after our 20 min window after placing the order) I asked the staff to refund the items that still weren’t ready. They said they needed their managers password and would call me quickly to confirm the refund. Long story short no one called. This place really was great at one time. That time has definitely passed. I’d urge you to go elsewhere.
Been going there for years but now they have added a 'convenience fee' for carry out. You would think it would be less since there is no table service. I guess I'll look for another place.
Really don’t recommend ordering take out. Selected the Wok Shrimp and paid 19.35 for 11 pieces of shrimp and a small container of rice. My husband and I usually dine in and the portion is large enough for us to share plus have left overs. Called in and spoke with someone who said her name was Emily and she said this was normal and the delivery portion is smaller than the dine in. Questioned why the price is still the same if the portion is significantly smaller and she just said thats how it is, not really sounding like she knew either. She was also confused with the price I told her that is posted on their menu, I had on my receipt the wok shrimp was 19.35 but she said it was 16 something than said no its 18 then back to 16 again? Really unfortunate, loved coming here but definitely the last time we order anything from Fortune Wok.
