The store is all put together, easy to find what we were looking for. The owner and sales person were both there and very helpful is helping us make final decisions about our oil table and side game. Delivery was timely and they even made a follow up call to make sure we had everything we needed.

Check the reviews before you buy. That is the lesson that I have learned for dealing with Game Room Concepts. I have filed a compliant with attorney general and BBB. This company has taking my deposit and refuse to issue me a refund or deliver my product. After seeing the reviews for the product people have received, they can keep that stuff and just give me my money back. The have set up 3 delivery dates and no call and no show. It is always something with the deliver driver. So they last time we talked to Bill and told him we are coming with our truck to pic up the table the store was closed, on a Saturday at 11 A.M. An hour later someone comes and open up the store. This guy tells us, our pool table is on the truck for delivery today. And you'll forgot to call and tell us. More lies, it would be nice if they talked to each other so they can at least get there lies together. I show him the text from Bill that I could come and get the pool table. Bill said is on his way, to store. Bill come and says your table is on the dock, move your truck to the back. We get to the back of the store and the warehouse is empty. That was the cleanest warehouse I had ever seen other then the old broken pieces that was laying around. Sir, were is my pool table. Lies, and more lies. I wish I could make this stuff up but they are the worst. I don't understand how they are still in business and stealing customers money like this. What do we have to do to get them shut down. This is not RIGHT!!!! I'm working on it on my end. I'm sharing my experience. I My goal is that no one else has to deal with what I had to deal with.
I had a great experience with this local OP store. My son a 11y/o guppy wannabe SHARK was treated very well by Bill (sales) . Once the pool table was scheduled for delivery it went smoothly with Dre, Kevin & Zack (service) doing a wonderful job all within a weeks time! They also were less expensive then the guys up the street...
This store and owner are crooks. Do NOT buy or sell anything at this store. I have the legal authorities looking into them now.
I had a shuffleboard show up to an event over 2 hours late! They called and said it would be just a couple minutes late so I said to still come. When it showed up that late my client could not even use. It took over a week to get someone to talk to me on this. I continually had to call and then they blamed me and said I told them to still come. I said yes I approved you being a few minutes late not two hours. Bill was incredibly rude and as an even planner I will never recommend this company. Anyone could do a better job. Stay away from they! Incredibly unorganized!
Since we moved a little over 2 years ago, a rec room for us as well as our Grandson was something that we wanted to create. We visited all the area retailers that sold what we wanted but settled on Gameroom Concepts. We have visited Gameroom Concepts several times now and Justin and Chad both have been extremely helpful to us. I find their costs very competitive and their customer service impeccable! Little by little we are getting what we wanted and we will for sure finish up this task with Gameroom Concepts! No better place to go!
