What a great little sushi place in Overland Park! It's really tucked away in a small little strip mall off Nall and easy to miss from the street, but boy do they do some great Sushi! We were lucky enough to get a table with 15 minutes notice calling ahead. Tables are socially distanced well for a restaurant with such a small dining area. The place was rocking for take-away food by the way! We ordered and got our sushi and rolls about 30-35 minutes later (we were in no rush), and not only were they amazing and tasty, but also beautifully crafted! 5/5 would recommend and will be back!

Don't let the outside deceive you. Nice quaint little place inside with nice menu selection and good sushi and sashimi. The spicy seafood soup for two will get you feeling the spice also. Everything we got was very tasty and we will be going back.
Great food, Friday night was very busy and so service was a tad slow, but it is a pandemic so we must be gracious and patient. Enjoyed my meal
Warm and welcoming dining experience. The atmosphere is peaceful, and the main waitress is superb. They have all of the favorite Japanese dishes and rolls. It is my go-to place for dining while working!
This place is very cute and the food is delicious! Come early if you want to beat the rush as they don't have many tables. We came during happy hour and they offer some pretty good deals on rolls. I ordered the KC roll and California roll. Both were very good and fresh! Service was prompt and our food arrived quickly. I would definitely recommend Sawa to anyone who asked!
