Lowes came out in October 2020 to estimate replacing all 10 windows. We decided to do a 3 window install first, the ones that needed it the most. Mid January of 2021 the windows finally arrived and set for install. Installer came out and could not install one of the windows cause it was built wrong. Installed the other 2. Now it is Mid February and still no window and no one at Lowes seems to care whether or not the new one comes in. In the mean time this was the window that was cracked all the way through at the bottom which is why it needed to be replaced first. Also if the window was made correctly the first time we would not currently have ice, water and snow on the inside of our daughters window. I have spoke to the estimator, the manager over installs and neither show any sort of empathy towards what is happening. Just an error and timeline is exactly how things are going to go. I have reached out to the store manager...waiting a response from him. We still have 7 more windows left to install. Just want them to make this right.
