I was scheduled for a 0930 appointment and told someone would come to my car and get me. I had to wait outside for 40 minutes and was told I couldn’t drink water inside and I was drinking it outside. After I got in found out I was supposed to have a patch test that they didn’t schedule me for and the worst was the instructor very inconsiderate. I was upset since I drove and wasted my morning off. I was pushed to the cement by a student outside. Very ghetto.

This place is a joke. I have been here on three separate occasions and each time the staff at the front desk have been incredibly rude to me. This past time I just walked out after spending 35 minutes watching person after person get taken back ahead of me even though I was there long before them. The “instructors” at the front desk need to learn how to speak to customers. They were incredibly rude to me when I asked about the wait and pretended to be so nice when I said I was leaving. I ended up going to a different place and was treated with respect. Never would I waste my time stepping foot into this place again, and I don’t recommend anyone else does either!
I commend corporate for management changes to the Owings Mill, Md. location. By bringing Ms. McQueen back, the atmosphere in the facility greatly changed. She is a professional and treats the student,staff and clients the same. She gives and receive respect and is proficient in her trade. I had stopped coming because of the unprofessional atmosphere and service the location had deteriorated to; cussing and fighting between students, students disrespecting staff and staff afraid of them. I believe Ms. McQueens approach in addition to adding security to the site has contributed to this site being prime again. Kudos to Empire for corrective action that has worked.
