Not a good payroll company to deal with, they deposit checks into a closed account, then you have to wait no telling how long to receive a check. I have been waiting on three weeks now to get a hard check not to mention the checks that I never got that went into a closed account. They don’t know how to handle overtime hours. They pay you straight time for that. They tax per diem........... the list goes on and on. If you want to keep your employees happy, do your self a favor and find another payroll company!!!!!!!
The payroll representatives that we engage with are always professional. Our current rep, Danielle Baumgardner, has been extremely responsive to our needs. As long as MiJoi is in business, we will continue to use the services of Paychex. Thank you for being a great partner in our success.
Like clockwork checks delivered every other Tuesday. Showed up late on Wed. First time in forever. Really promised to pay my CPA filing invoice. Keep an eye on their service, reps and turnover.
We have used Paychex for a decade, and we've had our share of screw-ups, but they've never been as egregious as they have been this year. I do not know what is happening there, but stay away from this company. Just in the last 2 months they have: paid my staff late (even though we called in payroll 2 days early); not taken out the retirement money, then reversed that and redid it, but still not taken it out; paid thousands too much into a particular state's tax; not gotten our payroll correct 3 out of the 4 times; changed our payroll person 3 times; and the list goes on and on. I spoke to a manager a week ago today and he was going to call me back, but he never did. Even our accountant wants us to go elsewhere. I highly do NOT recommend this company.
