Would never use them. Had to wait 2 weeks to get an appointment, all good, guess this is their busy time. My appointment time came and no one called or showed up. I called their office to find out the status and the office girl said “ the driver came back for a little while, was going to gas up and would be on his way” NOT! No one ever showed up or gave me at least, a phone call. How unprofessional! As a business owner myself, I would never treat a new customer or for that matter ANY CUSTOMER that way. Lost my business from the start. Don’t they realize that bad reviews are worse than no reviews

Words can not express how satisfied I was with my septic tank service. A burly man by the name of Billy Bob showed up at my door on time. He was professional, but yet down to earth. He showed a great deal of respect for my property, and answered all of my questions regarding proper septic tank maintenance. I would highly recommend this company !!!!!!! Thanks again Billy Bob YOU ROCK !
Great service. from the appointment scheduling and septic cleaning. Billy bob was very nice and took time to explain how many times our tank should get clean, and gave valuable maintenance information. We will use this company again and feel comfortable in referring them to others as well. Thank you guys!
I rented a porta potty for a quick weekend event and I have been more than pleased with their service. From the EXTREMELY friendly lady answering the phones to the EXTREMELY courteous gentleman who dropped it off, I would highly recommend. I will be needing septic service done in the near future which I will now be calling them for as well!
Worst service ever. Dropped of porta pot with broken door and did not maintain at all. Did not come back to clean for almost two weeks. Left four messages no return call. Finally called the fifth time and got what sounded like an elderly women who was a very nasty disrespectful person. They must be getting friends to rate them cuz no way would a company like this have 4 stars .
