Walk in with the intent of switching out a 10# co2 tank and upon arriving at the counter the two gentleman in the office pretty much ignore me. After waiting for 90 seconds or so they finally greet me and one of them (a bald guy) asks me, \what's it for\? I said \homebrewing\ and he replies in a snarky attitude \your company is homebrewing\? And I said \oh sorry no its usually under my name\ he said again in a rude tone \so it's a cash sale\? I replied \well do you guys except debit\? He retorts \what I mean by cash is this a company purchase\ As if it's common knowledge. The other guy comes back and let's me know they are \out\ of 10# and 5# tanks. This is the second time I've been treated like this in two months. If they weren't the only outfit out here I'd go somewhere else.
