They were quick to respond to our call. Very friendly and knowledgeable. They explained their process and we are currently ready for phase 2 in August. All should go as planned. The reason for four stars and not five is price. It is a service and one that many people do not want to do themselves. We do have tall narrow peaks to our home and many of them, heights play a roll too. All totaled, it's about a hundred dollars per bat. Again, heights, peaks, bat Access points, sealing other possible entrances.

Great service ! They came on time and Mike was very thorough . He showed me where the problem was and gave a great explanation on how the bats were entering our garage and what needed to be done to solve the problem . I would highly recommend this company. They did work on my mom’s house two years ago when she had a major bat problem and she has had no issues with Bats since .
Your service representative arrived on time and proceeded to get to work. He was also personable and answered my questions satisfactorily.
As far as sealing the house is concerned, it was not what was expected, and much frustration could have been avoided with better communication (returning calls and not placing on the invoice that the base of the structure would be sealed). Blown in insulation was done well.
I've had a hard time getting rid of all my bats, but My Bat Guy has been working with me, or maybe I should say for me, and working hard to get everything sealed up. So far so good.
