I could not have asked for a better limo service for the day of our wedding. We used a 20 person party bus which was awesome!! The driver was so fun & he even fluffed my dress and veil before I walked down the aisle - literally went above and beyond!

We had 15 people on the coach party bus for my father's 90th birthday. We went on a tour of his childhood neighborhood and then to the town where his grandparents lived and where he and my mother raised their family. The bus was clean, festive and well stocked. It was great to have extra room to spread out, talk and share snacks. The ride was comfortable and the rest room was welcome during the five hours we were out. Our driver, Elvis, was excellent, friendly and accommodating. Altogether a fabulous day and one that everyone will remember.
Had a blast on their limo bus for our wedding ceremony and reception. Good service with the drivers and in the office. Our first driver on the bus even had a personal issue that he had to attend to during our ceremony and when the ceremony was over we already had another driver that stepped in. It left us with nothing to worry about (we actually had no idea something was going on and he had to leave)!! Also had one slight mishap with the bill but it was resolved right away so no complaints there. It's good to know they had good office staff as well. I really appreciate that they took care of us right away. I would recommend this company to others planning a wedding or a night out.....SO FUN!! We even left the drivers a little extra tip than what we already paid because they deserved it.
Carriage Limo in Oxford CT: This company is the rudest company I have ever met. I called about a huge issue I had with a party bus. When the bus promptly arrived at my house the driver stated that there were some problems with the bus. He started to drive to the casino and our drive was not safe. He drove very fast down windy roads which made a couple of my friends feel nauseous. During our ride the music and the lights kept going off. My brother then went to the front of the bus to ask the driver what was going on. In the ten minutes he talked with the bus driver (and missing my party) the driver put the bus in neutral and turning off the engine while driving. God forbid a car pulled out in front of him, he had no BRAKES! When I called the company I spoke to an owner name Frazier. He was very disrespectful and rude and hung up the phone on me. I do not know if this is how he treats his customers but I am now even more livid and will be taking legal actions. So my friends instead of enjoying my birthday party they were more worried about their safety. Oh he did offer a little money and said that he will give us a big discount if we use them again. Who in their right mind after being treated like this will give them more business? Thank you for ruining my birthday!
Hired this service to pick up my Son at JFK on 12/23/17. His flight landed on time at 12:20 AM. The driver was not there. When my son called he was told that his driver had an issue earlier that night with another customer which was going to delay his pick up by 2 hours. The issue with the other customer occurred at 9:30 PM. Not only did Carriage Limousine fail to make arrangements to provide an alternate car and driver, they never even bothered to contact my son to let him know about the issue. Instead he was told by the representative from Carriage Limo that it wasn't their fault. Very poor service all around.
