After purchasing my pistol I was told to come in after the waiting 10 day waiting period. So gave a call to which they told me they do not know where my package is at and to where they left me on hold and hung up without answering back . To which I called back and told me to come by to the store. Which I arrived 45 mins before closing hour to where they told me it’s closed . Which they said it in a manner that was rude. My recommendation for future business is that you buy from a smaller and more local shop as turner’s does not put service first and I will not be buying from here or recommending them to anyone. I WOULD PUT A ZERO IF I COULD

This gun shop is awesome! I was looking for a particular handgun that has been difficult to find due to high demand. I spoke with Phil and he told me a new shipment had been received and he would place one on hold until the next day. I arrived at the shop the next day and his staff took care of everything quickly and efficiently.
