I have tried to cancel my services 4 times and they kept charging me. I finally put in a stop payment with my bank after trying to cancel again. And they're sending me emails that I'm past due. The contract expired in 6/2020, they keep telling me its cancelled. And then keep billing me. Absolutely awful customer service. I would recommend any other company than Ozarks go. I can promise, it isnt worth the headache.

Ozark Go is amazing! Their employees are all super courteous and professional. They are on time and answer all of your questions, which honestly is rare when it comes to Internet. We have had some bad experiences with large corporate companies, and Ozark Go seriously blows them all out of the water. If you don't switch to Ozark Go internet, you are missing out!

It's been a very sad experience so far and extremely poor customer service. Unfortunately just a few bad apple spoils the bunch. My suggestion would be if you don't like your job still don't let it reflect to the customer. I've been dealing with Ozarks Electric in many capacities for over 20 years. Most of them are very friendly and helpful. Customer service used to be all about the customer. Not about the service you're providing because they know they got you. Because they're a big company now they can get away with it. It used to not be like that they were excellent at hiring good folks. Stop over selling and under delivering. In a business it's supposed to be the other way around. Thanks

They dont let you cancel even after your contract is up. Theyll tell you it's cancelled. But keep on billing you.
