WORST BIKE SHOP IN ALL OF NEW YORK! DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! Not only a super janky bike shop but also a heartless and incredibly rude owner. Also don’t (even in an emergency) take your bike here. Not for anything. Anyone who had a good experience here is either a “friend” or didn’t have any actual work done. Don’t waste your time here. This guy doesn’t deserve to have a business, let alone YOUR business. Take it to a shop that cares. 0 stars if I could

Came in for a tire fix. In n out in less than 10 minutes. Always a reliable quality experience.
Terribly rude bike owner, and horrible bike shop. Takes my money to fix a leaking tire, and it goes flat after biking for 30 minutes. Takes the bike back to him and he tells me it's not his problem, I should watch where I'm biking. Take your business elsewhere because this place doesn't deserve it.

Doesn’t know what “lube” is...called to ask if he sells any dry bicycle lube, I had to repeat myself a few times because he didn’t know what the word meant and he just asked me to come in...I did because I assumed it’s a bike shop, they must sell lube. Well silly me, I get there and I had to repeat the word lube, lubricant, oil many times again, only to be told he doesn’t sell it after having to elaborate to a bike mechanic what lube is!
This is wonderful bike shop! The owner is honest and does excellent repairs for a reasonable price. He is also a very nice person.
