Got a good deal on a leftover model from Mike. Called on a Tuesday to put a deposit down. Went in on Thursday to negotiate a final OTD price. Mike tries his best to give good deals to local customers. Went in on Saturday to pick the bike up. Process was straightforward and smooth!
Just picked up a 2019 Yz 250F here. Mike in Sales was super helpful, not pushy and gave me a great deal. Made the process super easy . Troy in finance explained everything & was a pleasure to deal with. Glad I chose to go to Pacific Motorsport. Will definitely be going back for service when needed...
Wow, what a great experience I had at Pacific Yamaha! I initially spoke with Mikie the General Sales Manager on the phone. He was very professional and patient. He answered all my questions and we were able to come to terms on a beautiful red 2018 XSR900! Once I got to the dealership I met Troy the General Manager. He was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. The whole transaction was a really great experience. Robert and Sebastian from the service department were also great. They prepped the bike and had it ready to go. If you're looking for a bike go see Mikie and Troy at Pacific Yamaha! This really is a great dealership. Thanks again to everyone at Pacific Yamaha!

Just wanted to shout to Nicole who helped me get my new tires on and not charge me an arm and a leg!!! Thanks also to John and Jake and the rest of those guys in the service area...Noticed that my brake handle is a bit tighter and rides really nice and looks really good...Here's a picture of a before and after....
This service staff will destroy your motorcycle! They scratched EVERY piece they worked on and still installed everything wrong. Absolutely no attention to detail. The entire service staff is a joke! Never go there unless you like being jerked around.
Worst experience!!! Service dept failed in every way. Numerous promises to call me with updates and to have the bike repaired and ready never happened. I had to call. After a promise to have it ready the next week and a quick change in personnel, they called to tell me they wouldn't be doing the repairs and to pick up the bike. They had left the bike out in the weather with no protection and the bike rusted. Went to pick it up and they wouldn't honor the prices they quoted. Told me that they had started the bike up just fine. It wouldn't start. The final straw was when they told me that nobody forced me to bring my bike there or leave it there for repair. Wow! A mistake I will never make again and I advise others not to make that mistake. They have no concept of service and their attitude sucks. Total waste of my time and money.
