Owner is extremely helpful. This shop is very beautiful and the staff are super helpful. After having a pedicure by the owner I am happy to find out that this establishment is not a part of Newark’s Gentrification. In fact, the owner is from Newark and built this shop up with faith and hard work. I encourage any person who is looking for that special me time or a nice place to get a manicure and pedicure to visit this place. This is a black owned business and it needs the support of its community. I think there is a lot of learning and growing for this shop. Shorter wait times, more professional staff, and a little more organization. I think there also should be more focus on the “sip” aspect of Paint and Sip, customers come here to have a drink and be pampered and we didn’t get that. But overall I think this place has potential to be great. My friends and I had a great time and I’m sure others will too.

First off, the feeling you get when you walked through their door is the most welcoming! The place is very clean and calm. You can relax, I will say it’s definitely a mini spa. They did a really good job on my feet, reasonable and great!
My daughter and I visited the establishment and fell in love instantly. The owner was nice and welcoming she makes you feel like your home. The nail tech was very professional and aim to please. Overall the environment is nice and calm..

Over priced for no Reason! Typical nail salon with expensive prices. The decor is very nice but the nail technician did my nails and feet as if they were preschool work. Owner very nice and welcoming. Won’t return because I had no reason to oh they also very clean
It looks like a typical nail factory. Very expensive, for less price I receive the same and better attention in other places. I will not go back. I added that I was not 100 percent sure that the instruments were sterilized. Be carefully with that.
