Had a terrible experience with this dealership. They offered a deal, which was confirmed online and over email beforehand with a team member and once we came in and spent 2 hours sitting there prepared to buy the car, they acted as if that deal was impossible. Also, none of their team members wear masks. DO NOT COME HERE. We had a much better experience with another Kia dealership in Chicago.

I had a great experience. There was great customer service and everyone was very friendly. They answered all questions that I had and made sure everything was correct with the vehicle that I wanted. I just bought my first new car in 15 years and was incredibly pleased with the experience at this Kia dealership. I went to almost all dealerships in the greater Chicago-land area and despite the fact that I told them all I was in \buying\ mode, this was the only dealership that took the time to truly show me what the options were, talk me through the features, and let me ask some questions. My sales person Cliff was knowledgable, friendly, patient...and most importantly, interested in helping me. The other dealerships just threw me on a test drive and asked me if I wanted it. Everyone here took the time to see what I was actually looking for...and then made the negotiation process transparent and pleasant. I was thrilled to give them the sale. Cliff and the team earned it!
Very positive experience with McGrath Arlington Kia! My salesperson, Peter, was professional and not pushy whatsoever. The dealership was only accepting people with appointments during the current state of things and assured things were cleanly. Glad we could come to a mutual agreement and make a deal. Also, George in Financing was accommodating since my trade-in registration was expiring so the dealership covered the cost of new plates while I wait for DMV's to re-open to transfer my vanity. Highly recommended to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle.
