I currently work here and its the best job I've had. Sean is a great boss hes helped me out a lot. We get are breaks on time we always are able to walk to the water fountain whenever you need something to drink or fill dehidrated. Sean has never refused are break or made us wait for our breaks there always on time. This is a wonderful work place hope to see many more great employee's.

I am the wife of am employee that works here. There working conditions are horrible. They don't allow there employees water breaks or to cool off except for a 15 min break at 10(which they don't always get) and 30 min lunch (which is sometime late). The boss Sean is the worse of them all. Yesterday he had the whole plant in such a panic and rushing that one person broke their arm and another had to be sent home from heat exhaustion. Let me repeat the bosses name is Sean and he don't care about his employees at all. He needs to be reported to the labor board or better business bureau. He needs to be fired! And people wonder y this place has such a high employee turnover rate. That's because of Sean...
I have worked at panel Tek for 6 months now and during my 6 months working here I have never have had a problem with anyone or anything at this job... I went from a regular laborer to someone running a saw in a matter of 3 months. You work hard and show the company you are willing to show up to work and work they reward you. When I started here my wife was pregnant and when I had to miss work for her labor the boss Shawn as cool as it comes about missing work and even did everything in his power to help me make as much of my hours back. This company is family oriented to them family comes first. I've had to leave work a few time during my wife's labor due to pre term labor and no questions asked let me leave.. Shawn even took time out of his day to check on my wife... We are able to go get water breaks whenever we need drinks bathroom breaks whenever we need to...they take care of their employees..we work under a roofed facility so we stay out of the sun.. Panel Tek is a great company to work for I honestly wake up and don't dread going to work not many jobs I can say that about.
