I recently bought a new 32' Boston Whaler Vantage at the Palm Beach Gardens MarineMax. I live in Tennessee so the process could of been a bit laborious but my salesman Jordan Hanna made the process seamless for me. He provided regular updates on the manufacturing process as well as kept me in the loop on delivery times. After we took delivery Jordan spent the whole day with us training us on the nuances of the boat. He has been exceptionally responsive to all of my questions before, during and after the sale. My experience with sales, fiance and delivery was stellar. I just bought an Azimut 40 Verve from MarineMax in Palm Beach Gardens. Jordan was very friendly and low-pressure. Scott Warnike, the sales manager, repeatedly went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that my experience would be a positive one. This included helping me find a slip for the boat that worked out extremely well and making local references for such things as a captain (Tom Harper, also a great find), and a \Snowbird\ marine management company that keeps the boat spotless and the hull clean. He is extremely attentive to details that come up after the sale. Kyle, the general manager, Matt, the finance coordinator, and others were all first-rate. This is a company that cares about its customers and making sure their boating experience meets their expectations. And, by the way, the boat is great too.

Dont talk to Tim also known as senior pizza face. he will threaten you with his body language and thinks hes taller then the forklift. hes past due for his dermatologist appointment that might be why hes angry half the time. Edit: These guys replied to my review with a straight up lie. They have had an employee named Tim. Just because you reply and say the review is wrong doesnt fix your bad service and how your salespeople act like straight douche bags with the people they work beside
