I made an appointment. Thwy had the option to stay in your car until ready. 10 minutes after checking in i got a text to come in. I went in and went straight back to the room. The lady was super nice and made sure i was ok they whole time. Awesome staff very clean i highly recommend this location

Quick and painless bloodwork! Nice staff too. Got there at 7am as a walk-in, and was taken asap!

For painless quick blood draw I give them a 10. For feeling safe from Covid19, I give a 1. One employee had her mask below her nose, chair was not cleaned after patients, no gloves were changed between patients and the person who drew my blood would not put a face shield on. I am over 66 and have several auto immune diseases and asthma. I told her that and she just smiled. I should have insisted she put it on.

So rude front desk. Their waiting time is lie and they are lazy get up of that chair to call u in from lobby. Two picks for waiting. Lobby or waiting room. Always select waiting room or they wont call u. Then blame u. We are here over an hour. From originally 17min waiting time.
