AWFUL. DO NOT USE THIS JEWELER. i purchased an engagement ring from them in March and by December of that year the diamonds were falling out. My fiancé who lives in ohio called to hopefully have some assistance to get it fixed and they claimed theres absolutely nothing they can do to help her solve the missing diamond. AWFUL Costomer service. Extremely rude.
