Processing a death with sudden loss is unbearable grief. Tyesha Dean helped my sister and I with the planning. She made sure my father was honored in every way. His viewing put me at ease he looked so peaceful and I am grateful for that.

The people we worked with at Palm we’re wonderful from the first phone call to all the check-ins they have made to me. They have been caring, sympathetic and professional. The cost was not too expensive. Everything was done with care and thoughtfulness towards our family. They are indescribable in giving and going the extra mile. Tyesha and Natalan get an extra 5 stars for helping through this very sad time. Everything was explained to us a written down so we were able to understand what we were getting. They are very respectful.
Tyesha so kind and sympathetic during the Death of our Mother, Mrs. Loo. Tyesha is the definition of going "Above and Beyond:. The Palm is so lucky to have her. She worked on her Days off to make all the arrangements and made flight arrangements, coordinated all details in arriving city, etc. The amount of hours she put in helping us, we cannot Thank her enough. We were blessed to meet her and we highly recommend her.
Palm South Jones has been just amazing during my family's difficult time. Everyone was just simply stellar. They made the entire process so much more easier. Kayla and the entire staff at Palm South Jones were always willing to assist with whatever you needed help with. We lost my sister in law suddenly and my brother had nothing in place for planning for her passing. Tyesha Dean at Palm Mortuary was so very kind during a difficult time, helped us with making really good decisions, as you can imagine my brother was heart broken. She followed up, checking on my brother and offered various options to save money and fulfill my sister in laws final wishes. I cannot say enough good things about this place and about Tyesha. If you need to make plans or need someone right away to help with the plans, call her. Her kindness and professionalism was beyond outstanding. Thank you so much.
