The employees changed over a few years back. It’s a much younger crowd. They are friendly and efficient. I no longer dread going there.
Absolutely awful. My truck has been on a jack stand for months now purely because of how many parts and tools I've had to order online and now after nearly conquering this beast of a project in fixing my family's truck I am only waiting on one part which is supposed to be priority mail. This priority package is like 10 days late now and when I just went in to talk to someone because my tracker says that it FINALLY MADE IT HERE, they told me to buzz off and try later because they won't get to it until mid day possibly. Little do they know that as soon as I get the package I have to work outside in freezing cold for hours to put my truck back together and I'm really in need of 1. My truck and 2. Some friggin daylight so I don't freeze to the ground again. Edit: Just got my package finally and there is a massive hole in the side of the package and the box looks beat to all hell. Being that is a replacement part for my truck, I am livid. Horrible service. Never using USPS again. EVER.
Clerk's have allways been courteous. The package pick up has been great jumping the line. Opening up early for pkgs is a great service. Other than we need to update or postoffice bulding I have no complaints.
I know this PO has had some consistently bad reviews, but I was there yesterday and they were on top of their game. When I arrived, the line was long and I was dreading what I assumed would be a very long wait. Happy to report that I was wrong - all stations were manned, and the line moved quickly and efficiently.
