A waste of time. The worse customer service experinece I have ever had. Gabriel from sales and leasing assured me that they had the Honda CRV 2021 with both the colors and trim that I wanted. I came from far with my family wanting to give Honda a try. I was told by Gabriel that he is booking me for a V.I.P. appointment and to ask for a Mr.Suarez when I arrive to the location that he will take care of me. I arrived and I had a salesmen with no experinece trying to hustle me for 4 hours promising that he will help me. The guy took me to 3 car inventories saying that he has the car that I wanted. Nonsense. This was all new to me. I called Gabriel and he was not answering my calls now because he is full of s... I spoke with Jack who is suppose to be in charge. Obviosuly he has the wrong staff not to say all of them are not good, maybe they are but I am speaking only the facts from my experience on that day. I do not reccomend working with Gabriel period. I kept being asked how much will you pay when they never had the vehicle I asked for. I was told by a few employees that they do not know when they will get the 2021 CRVs. What an absolute insult and waste of time.

Bad things happen on moving day. My check engine light came on right as I was leaving on a 1,000 mile journey. Luckily I was close to the South Motors, a mini dealer. Normally there is always a long wait. The service advisor was able to get the issue diagnosed and repaired in a timely manner. It also was not too terribly expensive as I normally expect at a BMW dealer. I was told they could ha e it done in 2 hours and they did. There also were no issues after I continued my trip. A little behind schedule but still able to arrive in time.
