Stop looking for another mobile RV repair man. Mark is your guy. I called about my plumbing issue and he was at my trailer within 24 hours. Good communication the whole way. I expressed a few additional issues that we were encountering and he fixed those quickly. Fixed water pressure, furnace issues, and advised on a leak in less than an hour. Prices are very reasonable. Please stop looking at other mobile RV repair guys. He is professional, courteous, and patient.

The generator on our 1996 Southwind Storm Class A motorhome quit running and would not crank again. I found Mark Dodd on Google and he had great reviews and was close to home. He came, inspected, diagnosed the problem as a bod rotor (had just come apart) and after some discussion, I purchased a Brand New 4K ONAN just like the unit that failed. Mark installed the new generator and I paid what he asked and was grateful for the service. Recently, I needed to run the generator to power the air condition and it cranked but did not catch & run. I stopped cranking to let the starter motor cool off and waited a minute and tried again. It would not do anything. Did not crank and run as it should have. I called Mark and the call went to voice mail. He never called me back so I started texting and asked for an actual conversation. He stated he was very very busy and would have to \work me in\. I waited and basically just got silence when I tried to speak to him. FINALLY after a week, he texted and said he came, inspected and could not find the problem. He stated I would have to take to Cummnins (who owns Onan) for diagnostics, repair and warranty fulfilment. We were out of town working from our newer motorhome and several hundred miles away. He made ZERO effort to provide customer service. He will not communicate verbally at all. I told him he should be ashamed of himself for not working to solve the problem He installed the new generator. Connected to the motorhome and it was working great when he finished . It was only run a few hours after the install. I believe the problem is the starter motor is not getting power and will not crank the engine. UTTERLY & TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED. Mark had no problem presenting a bill for his work but FAILED TO DO RIGHT WHEN NEEDED.
