Rushing Waters is MOST EXCELLENT and very Unique! Their selection of custom salmon fish fillets is awesome including their taste! ALSO a great selection of other fish species, brats, and shrimp, along with numerous spreads, crackers, and much more. And just as important, their facility is immaculately clean including the floors and washrooms - this speaks volumes about their commitment to being THE BEST. And their location is in a nice quiet wooded location just south of Palmyra. I cannot say enough positive things about Rushing Waters ....

I went here for a Wisconsin Foodie event and learned so much about this fishery! There's a fishing pond that you can get your rainbow trout and they'll clean and cook it for you. All you have to choose is your potato. On top of that, this fishery keeps its waste to a minimum. All fantastic. They have a small grocery so you can even get your seafood to go with drinks, sides and even snacks.

Great variety of fish, snacks and other items available in their store! The fish dips and smoked salmon are our favorites, and we were pleasantly surprised to find pasta and sauces from The Chef’s Table in Milwaukee during our last visit. A great place to take a scenic ride to and pick up some great local food. We are anxiously awaiting the restaurant’s reopening (probably next year) which is excellent as well!

Awesome! Took my family here during our long labor day weekend just to get out of the house and we had a blast. Clean, well kept grounds and clearly a well ran business. Very accommodating, will be back.
