I've only gone here twice to buy things and I've passed by a quite a few times and strongly debated making a visit and/or purchase. The place is bright and cheerful, the staff is full of great ideas and very helpful. Both times I was purchasing for an engagement party and was confused on what to buy, both times the staff came up with excellent reasonably priced gifts and they will wrap the gifts in store for you if you need wrapping :) They are so helpful I'm debating the possibility of visiting them for every engagement party I will ever have even if I have to drive a long time, it's that worth it.

Though I typically support small businesses, I would never return to shop here. The people who work here are incredibly rude and unhelpful. I went in to purchase a housewarming gift and was ignored upon my arrival. I browsed and though the selection was not amazing I eventually found something fine enough. While I tried to get someone’s attention to check out another customer politely asked to use the bathroom and was rudely told “No!” She was clearly uncomfortable and told the employee that she had IBS and was completely ignored. How can a small business treat a potential customer that way? I put down my selection and walked out.
