Overall this place is great. 24hr access is very convenient. Facilities are clean and well kept. Staff is professional and helpful. So glad we decided to join.

They have tons of equipment and a variety of different workout machines, lots of space too. I have not found a pull-up bar yet or “monkey bars” as they call them... overall great experience. 24/7 gym is definitely needed with people working different schedules and having it available encouraged me to join. I am glad I got the Black Card too, so I have access to special perks like tanning beds, hydro bed massage and the chairs. I use one or two every time I come to work out. It definitely helps with recovery! I would recommend this gym 100%. Staff is awesome and very knowledgeable too. It was sad to see many business close after the hurricane last year, so I’m glad PF stayed!

I have been extremely disappointed in the customer service experience at the Panama City location. My teenage son was told to open a membership online. At the end of doing so he received an error message and had to go into the club to join. Days later, his bank account was overdrawn because he was charged twice with two memberships being opened in his name. This is something that should have been noticed when he went into the club to open his account. Not only did they not check this out when opening his membership in person but when I called to check about it I interacted with a very rude team member who set the phone down on the counter for 15 minutes before somebody finally coming and hanging the phone up. When I called the next day I was told that the manager would be in shortly, would be notified and call me back. Instead, she didn’t even have the decency to return my call but had someone call me back to tell me that it was my son’s fault and they would not be refunding the 50. When I asked to speak to the manager she was conveniently “gone for the day”, even though it was not even noon. This was a very disappointing customer service experience. I have been in customer service for years and this is not the way you treat people.

Open 24hrs makes this a great place to go on YOUR time. Not being constrained by ormal business hours\ makes for a hassle free workout time! Doing a great job of \social fitnessing\ by closing every other machine, and plenty of cleaner/sanitizer for your use in these time so you can feel safe while getting your sweat on
