We've used Panhandle Getaways as our property management company for a Calypso Resort condo since 2017. We couldn't be happier with how they take care of our renters. we've had no complaints from vacationers, and our bookings are solid. As an owner of one unit, 608W Calypso, we take pride in the appearance and maintenance. They do an excellent job of meeting our standards and taking care of so many little details to make the vacation experience special. Of particular importance, at our property at Calypso, we have our own front desk staff and manager. Having the manager Colby onsite, is like having our own concierge that serves us, as well as the visitors. His meticulous oversight gives a distinct advantage in quality and care.

First of all we'd like to mention Misty the representative from Panhandle Getaways who we worked with booking our stays here at Pelican Beach Resort. She is top notch! Pelican Beach is an older facility but well maintained and clean externally and in come areas. The in house Cafe is big plus but is only open on a limited schedule during the winter months. The front desk staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. That goes pretty much for all the staff, all are friendly and courteous. The room is well furnished and fairly comfortable but worn with paint peeling from the base boards and soiled furniture.

Blue Daze was the perfect retreat for a week of r&r! Panhandle Getaways made the experience so smooth and helped make this a dream turnkey vacation. The house was immaculate when we arrived. It’s location is perfect to all of what 30A has to offer. The community is well maintained, along with the pool. The beach access is so convenient to the community and it was great to come back and forth from the house. My friends and I are already planning our return!

We stayed at the Emerald Beach Resort #730. Had an amazing stay. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated, a very calming atmosphere. Panhandle Getaways is great to deal with, all the agents we had contact with, either by phone or email, was very pleasant and responded quickly. Kendra T went out of her way to provide me help. The views from the condo were amazing. We were within walking distance to both piers and Pier Park. Would definately recommend.
