I made an appointment for a hot stone massage on Mary Lynn’s website. When I arrived she said couldn’t find my name. She told me she would’ve had to approve my appointment request but she never received a notification to do so. She sent me to the patio with water and said she’ll figure it out. After about a 10 minute wait, I was greeted by a nice young lady that did a good job on my massage. The bigger issue was, 10 minutes into my massage Mary Lynn entered the room and asked me “Who paid for my massage?” She told me she was going into a massage session of her own so she needed to know. She “apparently” goes in the room directly next to me and I can hear her entire conversation with her client. The walls were so thin it made relaxing hard. Once my massage was done, not even giving an extension for the time I had to entertain her, I proceeded to the checkout area where she was sitting. Which meant she could’ve waited for my massage to end before asking me who paid for my massage. The service was booked using my business PayPal account which is CLEARLY my name! She received her payment before I stepped foot in her establishment, her actions were completely unprofessional!

I arrived and they were scrambling to find my appointment. They seemed confused as to why I was there. I scheduled a 90 minute massage with Sharon and basically she just pushed and held pressure. There was very little to no actual deep massaging. I came in with a tight left sciatic and she kept holding on my neck and shoulders. Again, just stretching and applying a held pressure. She ended my treatment at 60 minutes!! With no touch on my legs. I then was watched by the therapist at time of payment....so she could see what I'd leave for a tip?!! Just be aware she is 65 years old and I'm all for her working but that was a terrible message and not at all worth the time or what I paid for or expecting. And I tipped 18% more than fair.
Did a couples massage for Valentine’s Day. The staff was professional both Mariah and Sharon were great we both felt amazing after the service and would recommend them for a relaxing spa day!
