I Contacted multiple other stereo shops before Paradyme thinking they would probably be the more expensive one, that was not the case, not only that but they were pretty much the only ones that would give me a quote over email which with everything that's going on right now was very helpful. (Most shops never followed through or even replied back at all) Tim was awesome, answered my many many questions and ended up getting me components/equipment price matched or cheaper then I could have ordered anywhere myself. When I say I had a lot of questions that's an understatement, Tim was quick to reply through email and the whole process was very painless and pleasant. I'm extremely picky when it comes to my truck/vehicles... and I do pretty much everything myself so this was definitely out of my comfort zone. I always find at least a couple things that I think should have been done this way or that way no matter what whenever I have someone else do work on my vehicles, house and everything else. When I went to pick up my truck and first listened to the system I wasn't really wowed for the I spent (as I said I'm VERY picky and particular, the wife absolutely hates it), I mention this because without hesitation the guys broke the laptop back out and had me sit in the driver seat while I gave them input exactly how I wanted the sound and after doing their tuning magic I was very happy! Excellent customer service, communication, great prices and final product. I highly recommend Paradyme!

Solid car audio shop. Employees have been there a long time and know what they are doing. In terms of selection they have pretty good variety and employees are versed in the products that they sell. After sales support is top notch that's that one in there to get some connections tightened they took care of me right away. Couldn't ask for a better crew of people. Thank you.

I went to this place to buy a touchscreen dashboard stereo and have had amazing experiences. The installation was done quick and done properly. Adrian at the desk helped me with all my questions and picking out what would work best for my truck. I highly recommend them! They have the best customer service and is there for you whenever you need them.

These guys are fantastic! Told Tim my budget and he put together a great package to upgrade the audio in my recently purchased 2020 4Runner. Their service is outstanding AND their prices for equipment are significantly lower than any of the other car audio installers in the Sacramento area. The icing on the cake is that they include an additional tuning session a month or so out from the initial install once the system gets broken in. Don't waste your time with any other shops in the area- Paradyme Car Audio beats them all. Big thanks to Tim and crew!
