My daughter received her infusion here. Everyone wore masks and the facility was very clean. The woman at the front desk was friendly and my daughter told me the nurses were patient and kind. Would highly recommend.

I really do like this Infusion Center. I have been several times now during the course of my treatment, and feel like I can make a good judgement on the facility. As far as Covid19 procedures (sorry this data will be outdated at some point, but could help people until then), they are very strict with their protocol which makes you feel much more at ease - since many of us have lowered or no immune systems due to treatment. During this time, they do not allow anyone in the waiting room that is not there for treatment, they require masks to be worn throughout your entire treatment, and you can see how immaculate they are with cleaning after another patient leaves. Every other chair is marked unavailable, so there is more than adequate distance from any other patients, and rarely do I even sit within 20 feet of someone else. Everyone on the staff that I have ever encountered is very kind, helpful, informative and makes you feel very at ease. The recliners are excellent, and recline to such an angle that I am easily able to take a nap for almost my entire 3 hour visit and be completely comfortable. (They also provide a light blanket upon request, which is perfect for unpredictable Texas weather). There is a table next to you with access to power if you need to charge a phone or tablet. They have small snacks and beverages, I have never needed to go check it out, but in the event you are nauseous or have blood sugar issues, they have you covered. I can't say that I enjoy my infusion - but since I must, I'm glad that I'm in the capable hands of Paragon.

Outstanding! The staff are beyond friendly, attentive and take all necessary precautions to ensure your safety. So glad I transferred my care to this infusion center. Only downside is you are in a large room with other patients so there isn't much privacy and you can't have anyone with you when getting an infusion. But the great attitudes from the nurses, PAs, and front desk make it a wonderful experience.

I absolutely love the staff here. They're courteous, patient and very professional. I like the comfortable atmosphere as well. It really make the time spent in the chairs for three hours go by easier. Oh yeah and the refreshment station is an awesome touch.
