Great experience, would definitely recommend. Our large lab needed a bath after the dog park. I called about self-wash stations and the woman was very helpful. I told her my dog had some dry skin/dandruff lately and she said she could recommend a shampoo from their shampoo to use. I swung by a few minutes later and they helped me lift my dog and secure him in the tub and select shampoo and conditioner from their many options and turn on the water. She brought out towels and left me to it. The water was warm and good spray to get him really clean. My toddler was with me and he was scared of the blow dryers, so the woman working took my dog to the back room to blow dry him while we waited out front. At checkout, I was told my first dog wash was free and started me a punch card. Couldn't believe the level of service and how nice they were. My dog is very fluffy, smells great and his fur looks nice and silky. Thanks, Red Bandana, we'll be back.

Went here for the first time today to use their self dog wash. The staff was super helpful. They give you everything you need to groom your dog, brushes, shampoo, towels, etc. It was only 10. As I was paying my Pitbull decided to snack on a raw hide. I asked to add the treat to my bill and the cashier said not to worry about it, that he can have it. Great customer service!
If we could give a zero, we absolutely would. My wife and I are new to the area, and set up an appointment to have our Goldendoodle groomed. My wife called yesterday, and to our surprise they had an appointment for today! We gladly took the appointment as most places are weeks out. When my wife showed up today, she was informed that the groomer had broken their hand, and that our dog would not be able to be groomed. The owner, who helped my wife when she walked in said that she had "tried" to call yesterday but "had the wrong number". Normally my wife would understand this situation, however the owner did not even take the time to look up from their computer to discuss this. She was very disrespectful to someone who took time out of their day to come out to this place and pay for a service that was promised. Instead of showing compassion for the situation, my wife was treated like her business, pet, and money was not important. This is very unfortunate. If it reflects on the services that they provide to peoples furry loved ones, then I feel sorry for any pet who has been subjected to this place. Rule #1 in business is that customers are important and should be treated with respect. The least that the owner should have done is smiled, apologized, and worked on rescheduling our appointment. Maybe even offered a discount for our troubles. We will happily take our pet elsewhere.
Wonderful place such a cute shop! I brought my dog in for a self dog wash and he is so big and and very excited and peed I felt horrible but the staff was so sweet and even gave a recommendation for shampoo for his skin! Definitely will be back!
I regularly bring my dog here for grooming and always have a wonderful experience. I’ve recommended them to several friends and they are all regular customers now too.
I have taken my miniature schnauzer here multiple times. I've never had a bad experience. My dog is a Nervous Nellie and the new groomer Shaunty was wonderful to her. After her first time grooming my dog she did mention that she was super nervous and suggested that I stop by with her or bring her with me when I purchase food so she can have positive experiences there. For her last grooming I actually stayed and talked to my dog while she was getting her fancy haircut. Not all groomers will let you stay while they work on your dog. My dog seems more calm now. Next time I may only stay for a short time and then leave to see if how she handles that. I am grateful for the care and compassion they showed my dog. Also, Vicki and Joy are very knowledgeable about the food and products they sell.
My experience with this business: I called in to see if they had any open "do it yourself" tubs, and they were very pleasant on the phone. When I arrived to their location, they were kind enough to show me around and help me find the "do it yourself" room. They had a very nice selection of doggy shampoo and conditioner in many different flavors which made it fun. The tubs looked neat and clean, and their blow dryers worked great. I paid 13 in total for a great experience and it made washing my dog much easier than doing it at home. I would recommend this business to anyone.
I bring my large breed dog in regularly for bathing and brushing and the likes. They do an amazing job and they are always able to get all her loose coat removed. She comes home happy. It's pretty shameful that a bunch of people who have never had any personal experience with this business would leave such negative reviews all because of a witch hunt called for on social media. I hope that new potential customers can see past this, as it really is a great loving establishment.
