Terrible customer service. I took my daughter to be checked for a routine asthma flare up. The attending doctor would not be bothered with the situation and looked at his watch more than he looked at me or my daughter. We took her to the hospital instead and she received one breathing treatment and was released. This could have been easily handled at Urgent Care. Edit: I did contact your Patient Relations Department and had to follow up after repeated calls were never returned. Very disappointed with the entire experience and will never be back to this Urgent Care.

I have had chest congestion and a night time cough for two weeks and otc meds were not helping . No fever or other symptoms. Made an appointment with a dr. In Brevard , got there and they would not see me stating that due to covid they only see sick people in the afternoon. Called pardee urgent care in mills river and they told me pardee urgent care in fletcher is taking sick walk ins . It was worth the drive ! The entire staff was exceptional from the p.a. to the radiology tech . Thanks Pardee you guys rock !

My son had an awful rash on his face close to his eyes. I first took him to Range urgent care but they do not take Medicaid. I called pardee and confirmed they do take Medicaid rushed over there to make it before they closed. We were in and out in 15 minutes with a prescription for his rash. They were wonderful with my son. I'll be going there for now on!

Are you kidding me. I went online to find a location near me were I could be tested for Covid. Pardee Urgent Care Fletcher Nc came up. Check their Web Site and sure enough, Covid Testing Center. I set up my schedule appointment. I arrived early, only 2 other people in the lobby waiting to be see. The receptionist wave me over and new, by my appointment who I was. She wanted me to know that she tried to call my home to let me know they did not give Covid test, But they would see me as a patient and then the doctor would decide from that point wheather I need to go get tested. I mention that it said on there Web site it said test Center and she said that that was Google and nothing they could do about that and was Sorry. So I said Google has taken over your web site? Then that's when it came clear why she seem to have a snappy disposition for asking a question. Her "night in shinning armer" wearing black tight T shirt 2 sizes small with tattoos on arm, "flames". came around the wall and said. We can send him out the Door right now. I felt like I was a a night club and the Bouncer was just etching to jump on someone. So I just put my hands up and said We need to stop right here, I'll find another way to be tested. The family member who I was around who tested positive let me know, they came here and was tested . So you might get tested here for Covid or you might get bounce out. Don't ask any questions. My follow up! CVS MimuteClinic, Rocks. Set up appointment. Went thru their Drive thru. Tested for Covid -19 . very professional. Test result delivered on secure message. CVS is just a step above the rest. Helping to keep my family and me safe.

My 20 year old was running a low grade fever for a few days and we were concerned about strep. Because no one can go in with a patient my sick daughter went alone and the PA did not even check her ears. I thought checking temp, bp, heart rate, ears and breathing was standard I didn’t even mention it to my daughter. After she came out she told me they did strep test and Covid test only!!! Her temp wasn’t even enough to qualify for the Covid test, but they ran that, but neglected to look in her ears!!! Myopic medicine!!!! Not a quality experience at all! FYI there is more going on in the world other than Covid!! There possibly could be an ear infection!! Unacceptable!

I went in for stitches after cutting my hand open. Everyone was friendly and responsive. The nurse and doctor were absolutely excellent, and the stitches were perfect. Before having the stitches done, I was told that I had to pay 125 for the visit, which was fine. I have catastrophic insurance only and I don't file anything with insurance since I never get anywhere near my maximum out-of-pocket. I don't even carry an insurance card. Apparently, my visit was filed with insurance anyway, and this resulted in me receiving a bill for an additional 98 over a month later. So much for the visit only costing the 125 I was told.

I want to give a big shout out to Robert E. Baber, PA at the Pardee Urgent Care in Fletcher on Hendersonville Road. I visited them back in December 2019 and was diagnosed with Pneumonia. I was in poor health and barely made it walking into the clinic. Due to the great care of Dr. Baber and the Nurses and Staff I made it through that period. Dr. Baber extends compassionate, caring and kind attention to your health emergency. I have recently had a visit there for having COVID-19 symptoms and experienced the same care with Dr. Baber and the Nurses and Staff. They are a friendly team of health professionals waiting to take good care of you. Thank you so much.

I was blown away. Very friendly receptionist who was really helpful; nurse was very professional and the doctor was extremely friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I was even surprised with the cost! Much cheaper than any other urgent care around here. Thanks y'all. I never expected an urgent care visit to make my day! Awesome group of people! Oh, and I went mid-morning and I was the only one in the waiting room. Zero wait time!
