This place is absolutely awful. Adding the fact that I have to sit in the car every time I bring my wife cause of covid, im out here 4-5 hours at a time. The nurses and employees are absolutely rude and disrespectful and have no care in the world other then thereselves. Even after telling them I was in the car with our NEWBORN for at the time 3 hours, they did nothing and closed the door and laughed at her. This place is absolutely awful, my wife will never be returning.

Unbelievable. Don't understand the rudeness, lack of empathy and compassion from the clerks at this facility. Paris has always distinguished itself for the quality of medical care, until you encounter this place. If you want to be mistreated from the minute the phone is answer IF they answer, you will be talk as a second class human being, and that is if you are lucky. Is very unfortunate that they don't provide either negative points or stars to rate this place.

At one point I would have given them a 5 star rating but during this pregnancy whenever I have had an appointment I have spent more than 45 minutes waiting past my appointment times only to spend less than 10 minutes with the nurse. My last appointment she didn't go over when my next ultrasound or blood work would be done and I am in my second trimester. As of 8/9/18 to make matters worse a prescription that was called it was not even correct or for the correct medical condition. The name sounded really close to the one I was supposed to have been prescribed but was not correct. They definitely need to slow down and double check medications especially during prenatal visits.

I would give this place a -5 if I could. I called in Dec. and couldn't get an appt. until Mar. A week before my appt. they called to reschedule because the doctor wasn't going to be in. Got to my appt. early to fill out paperwork. Waited in the waiting room for 3 1/2 hrs. Finally got taken into an exam room. The nurse said they were running behind, (I'd figured that one out) and it would be about 30 min more. An hour later, I left. Come to find out, one of their doctors had died a few days before and they were swamped. Would it have been so hard to tell me that and ask if I wanted to reschedule? Never happened. After cooling off for a few weeks I scheduled another appt. I showed up and they told me I was not on their schedule, that I had no appts. I left and will never go back. I've been in some bad doctor's offices before but this one was the pits!
