Terrible experience - they should not be in business. My mom missed an important medical appt. today. Even when they show up, they are always late. It's sad, b/c the people who use this service are already marginalized by health and economics. Add to that an unreliable service like A1 medicar. Please call Blue Cross/Blue Shield and demand they stop business with them!
Their service sucks it takes drivers extremely long to pick you up! It's horrible, and all the excuses is unacceptable! Either they need more drivers or to just shut down because this is a disgrace!
