I had to have my battery and connector replaced on my Asus Laptop, which is approximately 8 years old. It's what I can afford right now and working with them was probably the best customer service experience I've come across in a very long time. Honest service at an honest price. I feel like I have a brand new laptop; I had a new hard drive put in back in 2016 and also had Windows 10 installed at the same time. It's a great feeling to have it back in working order. Thank you again Chandy (I hope I spelled it right).

Went to other chains around uBreakweFix and the length of time to speak to someone let alone diagnosis what I knew was a cracked laptop screen. I remember seeing Tech City on Devon and it being there forever. Stopped by, they were able to help immediately, give me a reasonable price, ordered my new screen and installed it. My laptop was fixed quicker than the time I was quoted to get a diagnosis from others. Will use Tech City for all issues in the future. Couldn't be happier
