My Miele vacuum recently died after 23 years of flawless service...amazing product. Originally I was going to buy a Mile Marin vacuum cleaner online at Amazon until I remembered that we purchased our vacuum 23 years ago from a local vacuum store and got great advice and service. I looked for a local store and found Park Ridge, a family owned business that is in its second generation of serving our community. I found the owner who took the business over from his dad wearing a “Pear Jam” tee shirt to be invaluable in his assessment of our needs. He put together a package of Homecare C3 canister (only available from a local store) with an assortment of attachments that matched our needs in a way that we could not have accomplished buying a Marin unit from Amazon or even the factory Miele store in Scottsdale. Not only that, but the Miele warranty buying local is almost double what you’d get from buying from Amazon or even the factory store. You are not saving money on Amazon when it comes to Miele vacuums. The dealer prices I encountered were often LOWER or the SAME as Amazon. The one I bought is called a “Homecare” C3 comes with additional tools/attachments including a 2 foot flexible crevice tool that will change your life. To be clear you can buy this tool separately to use on the Marin, but it’s included on the Homecare. The Homecare C3 isn’t found online but only going a local Miele store like Park Ridge who allowed me to really customize our attachments in a way not possible anywhere else for a Miele vacuum. Well my name is Brad Kline..and I live all the way out there in South Scottsdale..I don't drive anymore so when one of my two vacuums need repair or fixing..I get myself on a city bus and I bus it all the way out too Park Ridge Vacuum service with my vacuum that needs repair and get on that bus until I have made it too Park Ridge Vacuum service..now when I get there and walk through Sean the owners front door..I get greeted right away from the owner Sean.and then I share with him what my issues are with my Vacuum and what needs too be repaired..well Sean the owner goes right too work on my Vacuum and has it repaired in no time at all!! Now that is pure great service if I ever did see..The owner is always ever so polite and Courtious and such a great business man..if you were too asked me if I thought the owner should get some kind of an award..I would say this Man deserves every kind of an award there is out there..Sean I just wanna share one last thing about you as a business man!!! You are totally a top notch business Man..Thank You for all you do for your customers and the public..

I have been to this shop numerous times and I alway see the best customer service. The owner Sean really cares about his customers! I watched a woman come in complaining about a part she bought and no questions asked he gave her cash back and she was shock and she left smiling. This is the best vacuum service in town! I even know people from other states bring there vacuums here for repair. That’s great service too!
