Negative stars. This horrible company booted my car even after I paid 20 to park on March 6th while attending an event. The PAID receipt states to PLEASE RETAIN THE TICKET which I displayed to the dispatched Premier Parking Enforcement rep who finally arrived an hour after I called to remove his boots. Last I checked, the word RETAIN means 'to keep possession of, maintain, or keep. Of course I wasn't ripped off another 100 by this company since I waved my receipt at him. He said to me was, did I have the receipt on the dash? No! It's not on the receipt! He walked me over to the pay machine and showed the small print on a little white sign that is posted at the very bottom of machine. It states to retain receipt and place on dash. Really, You have to squat real low to read the sign. SO WHY NOT PUT THAT ON THE PAID 20 RECEIPT? This all could have been avoided if the company would have answered the phone at the number that is clearly listed on their parking lot sign. Thanks for the humiliation Parking Management of Ga.

This parking lot services deserves no Star, but I could not post a Review without posting at least a 1... Never I mean never will I park my vehicle or advise anyone else to park where the PARKING MANAGEMENT SERVICES operate. The fenced in dirt/gravel paid lot I am adding a review on is, the lot across from the Stats parking deck and a hotel. If u park there, u are definitely parking at ur OWN risk. Last year several weeks into December, I paid parked my vehicle at this lot because it was close to where we were going. When I came back to it, one of my passengers noticed my vehicle had a shattered back window. Obviously something was thrown from somewhere, and none of the 3 foreign guys operating the lot were in sight or knew or saw a dang thing! I called the number on the ticket box, spoke to a dude who was 1 of the 3 operating the lot claiming he would come back to the lot, and NEVER did. After I called the authorities to file a report, I then called the number a few more times-no freakin' answer... Therefore, I advise those in the area of Marietta Street down from the CNN and Centennial Park, park anywhere else but this dirt/gravel lot.
Not a bad walk to MB Stadium, tight parking spaces to get in and out
