She is very responsive and takes the time to communicate and make sure that you get exactly what you want down to every detail. The prices are reasonable and the gifts are so much fun and meaningful. Called and asked about tungsten engraving and the woman who answered said they don’t engrave tungsten & hung up on me. She couldn’t have given me a chance to ask follow up questions. I’m not an expert at this stuff which is why I was hoping for someone to walk me through a better alternative or explanation.
Great experience start to finish. I needed a anodized flashlight custom engraved and she patiently worked with me to describe the process and pick a font face and orientation that would work best. Cozy storefront too.
