Big Lee was great to work with. He was very understanding of our concerns regarding making such a large purchase (for us) and took his time to answer our questions and ensure we were comfortable in moving forward, despite knowing that our Tahoe would likely have not lasted the weekend on the showroom floor before someone else bought it. Chevy is the best!! On April 13th I purchased a 2019 Chevy Equinox. My saleswoman Maria did an outstanding job with helping me narrow down my choices. From beginning to closing Maria was there. I couldn't have asked for a better saleswoman. Even after the transaction Maria called to follow up. She was extremely detailed and knowledgeable about my car. She took the time to go over each feature in my vehicle and made sure I drive off feeling confident. If you're looking to purchase I strongly recommend working with Marie. She's the best!!
I really appreciate how efficient both of my visits were to order and purchase my C8. I placed my order with David Croft late last year. Last Friday Riley Piper handled my purchase and got me into Finance quickly to complete the sale. I was in and out of the dealership in under 2 hours. Everyone was very nice and straight forward. The financials made sure to explain all coverages and helped figure what you needed. Cosmetics made sure to help point out the best products for you. Salesman very informative to make sure you got the best deal for what you want for your money.
Daniel Hernandez was my service consultant and did an awesome job from start to finish. I was greeted as soon as I got there and provided updates throughout the repair. Daniel also commented that I would be needing new tires soon so we discussed that while I was there and I will be calling him in the next month or so to get that set up. He was friendly and enthusiastic and I got his card and will be calling him whenever I need something in the future.
